Life Church in St. Catharines.  Chani served on staff at the church and was an anointed worship leader within the church.  Brent and Chani led a flourishing home-group, he sang back up and in the choir in the WOLC music ministry, and then they became a section-leader (an overseer of 10 home groups in the Niagara Region). In July of 1999, Brent and Chani were asked to consider taking a pastorate in Guelph.  With much joy, they accepted and assumed their responsibility of Senior Pastor under direct oversight of Pastor Randy Neilson and Pastor Peter Youngren.  We just celebrated 10 years of ministry!  Now, Brent and Chani, Hannah and Samuel reside in Guelph, ON and are enjoying pastoring their congregation.  They lead a dynamic Church that meets Sundays and weekly throughout the region from house to house. Pastor Brent has seen multiplied hundreds of people saved, healed, and set ablaze God’s purpose for their lives.  There is a prophetic touch upon his life and the meetings are characterized the fire of God and a strong presence of the Lord.  He loves and cares for the local church members and desires to see them reach their fullness and potential in God, fellowship with the Holy Spirit, receive mentoring and discipleship, and in turn, reach out to others.  He has had the privilege of being mentored by such great men of God as Pastor Cameron Willson, Ed Kaczmarek and Pastor Peter Youngren. Chani serves as Co-pastor and leads and explosive praise team.  She is a gifted teacher of the Word.  Her humerous and effective communication style connects to the heart of listeners. We are affiliated with OBFF Let’s hear about Christ in you?  info@wolrc.org Pastor Brent Sloss was born in Espanola, ON.  He was studying to become a Chartered Accountant in 1994, when he was dissatisfied with this endeavour.  He pressed in to the Lord for more of Him and His ways.  He received a divine call to preach the Word and make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19-20) In 1995, he began attending WIBI and SOMM in St. Catharines under Peter Youngren.  In 1996, he became the youth pastor at Word of Life Outreach Centre in Barrie, ON.  Upon Completion of Bible College in 1997, he travelled as a salesman as well as conducted evangelistic services.
