Every Home Group leader attends a Home Group and oversees one. 4) Build Relationships – we are a relationship based church and we value every person. Life Groups help establish strong relationships and build stronger unity within the church. 5) Encourage One Another – there are over 45 passages in the New Testament about our responsibility to love, care, encourage, exhort and restore one another.
